"Sin", the forbidden fire brought to us by Pirou

Dominican singer-songwriter Pirou presents her new song "Pecado," a collaboration with renowned producer and composer Roy Tavaré .
The piece is now available along with its official music video on all digital platforms, distributed by La Oreja Media Group , and marks the beginning of a two-act story that will continue with " Mi cuerpo solo arde ."
"Sin" narrates an intense and secret relationship , lived in silence, meant to be hidden from the world. The song plays with the idea of desire as a taboo and explores "sin" from a subjective perspective: we all make mistakes, we all give in, we all sometimes love in the shadows. This duality between passion and guilt is the emotional core of the song.
Musically, "Pecado" unites Pirou 's lyrical sensibility with the unmistakable style of Roy Tavaré, who is also the song's author and was in charge of musical production , details a press release.
The album was co-produced by Rafa Payán and Alex Fuerte, while Payán also handled the mixing, mastering, and arrangements. The recording was directed by engineer Deemfabre and executive produced by Frank Rivas .

Pirou embodies "sin" as an irresistible female figure, while actor Guille Martin plays a priest trying to resist temptation.

The video's overall and executive production was led by Pirou herself, with collaboration and coordination from Mariú Ruiz, and personal assistance from Karen Pérez. The script was written by Pirou , and additional footage was used from Pexels creators such as Kelly, Cottonbro Studio, Anna Shvets, and Ron Lach.
